张云,毕业于北京科技大学材料科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。主要从事电子陶瓷材料与器件产业化关键技术研发。

研究方向包括微波介质陶瓷与器件、高导热陶瓷材料、功能材料设计与制备等。
